The Appgen Billing module accommodates the invoicing needs of companies that sell services rather than (or in addition to) products that would otherwise need to be tracked in a complete Sales Order Processing/Inventory Control system. The Invoice Entry function allows you to enter an unlimited number of line items, each with an unlimited number of text oriented lines. A Products & Services file stores line items that are used repeatedly so that entry in invoices is quicker and more accurate. This package is designed to integrate with the Appgen Custom Suite Accounts Receivable and General Ledger systems. All information from Billing is posted to the Appgen Accounts Receivable module for further processing.
